4.4.7 use the Platform: (a) to send spam, double or unwanted messages that are contrary to applicable laws and/or regulations; (b) send or store material that violates the rights of any third party; (c) to send or store material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (d) in a manner that impairs or disrupts the integrity, security, availability or performance of the Platform; and (e) for other unlawful or unlawful purposes, including infringement of the intellectual property rights of third parties. 1. Sage`s Journal Contributor`s Publishing Agreement is a license agreement under which the author retains the copyright in the work, but SAGE grants the exclusive and exclusive right and publication license for the entire legal term of the copyright. There may be exceptions if the transfer of copyright is required or preferred by an owner other than SAGE. In this case, the copyright in the work is transferred from the author to the company. 3.1 For the duration of a test period, we grant you a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-licensable license for access and use (solely for you and for your own internal needs of your associated companies) to enable you to assess whether you wish to subscribe to and access the Platform. We may monitor your use of the Platform during the trial period. 7.4 We may not personally collect identifiable data resulting from users` use of the Platform, such as metadata, performance metrics and usage trends or volumes (“Usage Data”) for internal research and to make improvements to the Platform.
